Our stay was awesome! The Deluxe Room was spacious and had all the amenities like air conditioning, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness! Plus, their spa facilities were on point with great massage options and beauty services. Breakfast options were good too, especially the crispy danggit!

St. Ellis offers a variety of event facilities, including conference space and meeting rooms, which are great for business purposes. The hotel is centrally located in Legazpi City, making it convenient to access nearby malls, groceries, and restaurants within a 5 to 10-minute walk. The room I stayed in was spacious and reasonably comfortable, contributing to an overall productive stay.

I really enjoyed the impressive breakfast buffet, featuring a variety of tasty Filipino dishes. The rooms were spacious and came with a comfortable bed, but it took a while to figure out the complex air conditioning system. They also provided a free transfer from the hotel to the airport, which was a nice touch. However, I wish they had clearer instructions for using the in-room amenities.

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room for 4 nights. Initially, our room was okay, but the bed was super uncomfortable—hard mattress and we could hear the street noise clearly. Our last two days in a bigger room still didn’t help much with comfort. Wish they could’ve worked on that. The view wasn’t great, just the wall of the next building. Overall, I think the hotel needs some serious renovations.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to Ayala Mall. The staff are genuinely compassionate and eager to assist. The breakfast offered various Filipino dishes, though the selection felt somewhat constrained. It was a pleasant surprise to receive complimentary spa vouchers during our stay.
